IntelliGate develops, produces and markets a software package, which allows text-based natural-language interaction over any structured data (e.g. data bases). The result of the interaction is an answer, clear and concise, to the question posed by the user, with no links and no WAP site redirection. The response delivered often may require a transaction to be executed.

For example, using an IntelliGate system as an interface for an online-banking service, a user’s request could be to “keep $1000 in my checking account, and deposit the rest in a CD account for 3 months”, upon which the system would carry out the balance query, arithmetic calculation and deposit transaction (up to the confirmation page) automatically.
